WhatsApp and email are best-effort extras layered on top of the free tracking link. When they are on, visitors get a message when they join and when their turn is close — on a channel they already check. If a message cannot be delivered, the tracking link still works, so the customer is never left in the dark.

If the allowance runs out, we pause — not bill
WhatsApp stops for the rest of the month and the free tracking link plus email carry on. There is no overage charge.
No overage billing, in any country
WhatsApp costs different amounts in different countries — the per-message rate varies by well over ten times between the cheapest and most expensive markets. Rather than pass that to you, turnda meters the real cost against a US$5 per-location monthly ceiling and pauses when it is reached. In cheaper markets the 1,000-message count is what you hit first; in expensive ones the dollar ceiling is. Either way you are never invoiced for messaging you did not plan for.

How many WhatsApp messages are included?
Up to 1,000 per location per calendar month on a paid plan, within a US$5 per-location monthly messaging ceiling — whichever is reached first.
What happens when the allowance is used up?
WhatsApp pauses until the next month. The free tracking link and email keep working, so your customers still get called back. You are never billed for overage.
What about during the free trial?
The trial includes 200 WhatsApp messages across the whole account for the whole trial — enough to see the channel working before you commit.
Do you send SMS?
No. turnda uses the free tracking link, WhatsApp and email. SMS is deliberately not part of the product.
